In this talk, we'll discuss the role of erotics and embodiment in Belarusian-Yiddish poet Moyshe Kulbak’s (1896-1937) literary relationship to the natural world. Together we’ll unpack several scenes of identification with animals, fungus, vegetation and the inorganic in Kulbaks work.
